From 2004 - to the present, senior lecturer at the National Institute of fine art and design named after K. Behzad in Tashkent, Department of theatrical and decorative painting.

May 2004 - Internship in the specialty of art management under the program "International visitor program", USA.

Scenographer for more than 25 performances, director of 2 animation films, curator of exhibitions of theater artists "Stenomagiya", "Unfulfilled Plans", "Ab ovo-from the beginning".
