The auction was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Uzbekistan, leading businessmen, artists, scientists, as well as representatives of the media.
The main purpose of the opening of the auction house is to create a platform in the conditions of the New Uzbekistan for the formation of a class of intellectual collectors, designed to form the modern art market in our country and to present works of fine and applied art by artists and craftsmen of Uzbekistan in international art markets.
In the auction the works of famous fine art artists who have lived and worked in Uzbekistan for a number of years are on display. When selecting works for auction, the artistic value of the works was taken into account first of all.
The auction featured works by Abdullaev Samig, Abdullaev Abdulkhak, Arinin M. A., Vilensky S. M., Reznikov L.I., Ufimtsev V., A. Nikolaev (Ust Mumin), Ural Tansikbaev, Uzhinsky I.V., Rozhdestvensky V.L., Taldykin Yu.I. In total, 23 works in 17 lots were put up for auction. A special feature of this auction is that all lots of exhibited works by artists have evaluation reports made by the "ART APPRAISAL CENTER" appraisal company and are insured by "APEX" insurance company, a partner of the "ART VERNISSAGE" auction house.
The results of the first auction exceeded the expectations of both the organizers and art critics.
