Technical Committee for Standardization in the Field of "Cultural Property" STQ 39

At the initiative of the ART VERNISSAGE auction house, on the basis of the order of the Uzbek Institute of Standards of the Uzbek Agency for Technical Regulation No. 16/STQ dated July 20, 2026, the Technical Committee for Standardization "Cultural Property" STQ 39 was established (O'zbekiston Standartlar Instituti | UZSTI - Standartlashtirish va Sertifikatlashtirish).

The main goals and objectives of the Technical Committee for Standardization "Cultural Property" STQ 39:

Development of standardization in the field of cultural values;

Ensuring timely development of national and international standards in the field of cultural property;

Harmonization of normative documents on standardization in the field of cultural property with international requirements;

Preparation of proposals for the adoption of standards, development, amendment, revision and repeal of normative documents on standardization;

Analysis of the standards in force in the Republic of Uzbekistan and those assigned to the Labor Code, as well as normative documents on standardization related to the field of cultural property;

Preparation of proposals for the implementation of standards of foreign countries, international and regional standards in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the abolition of existing standards that have lost their relevance;

Formation and maintenance of an information base of normative documents on standardization in accordance with the scope of TC activities;

Preparation of analytical materials on the state of standardization in the field of TC activities;

Participation in scientific research in the field of standardization;

Participation in the TC of international and regional standardization organizations.
